“Dear John”:
I’ve finally found your blog and now would like to tell you about how much we enjoyed cruising with you, not on the Freedom, but on Carnival’s Liberty. You “made” the trip for us, loving the daily ”Dear John” sessions. You proved to us that you don’t have to be dirty in order to be funny. Thank you for that. We had cruised previously with an entertainer named Martie Allen of the famous duo, Allen and Rossi, who believed in the same principles. You both made yourselves extremely accessible to the guests to the point where we felt like “family.” We have been on over 45 cruises with as many cruise directors and you were, hands down, the best. We will be traveling again on Sept. 2nd on the Legend and have just learned that Chris Roberts will be the Cruise Director. He has “big” shoes to fill. We have traveled also on the Miracle and Spirit and were overly disappointed and then came the Liberty which more than made up for our past disappointments.
